The I Heart Passion palette is the neutral toned sister to the I Heart Sin Palette.
This palette contains a selection of mattes and shimmers in beautiful tones to compliment any skin tone.
The pigmentation of the shimmer finish shadows is very strong and their texture is blendable and smooth. The mattes less so, they are buildable and take a few applications to load the colour up but the end result is just as stunning. Appropriate for someone just getting started with make up and those who are more advanced.
