Welcome
to the second installment of Goth Girl Aesthetic! Find the first installment right here.
This is a brand new feature on my blog where I'll be
taking a few key pieces of (gothic, obviously) clothing and showing how
I'd style them with shoes, accessories and jewellery. Links to purchase
each item will be at the bottom of every post.
Be sure to follow me over on Instagram for even more gothic fashion (and to see these pieces in action) if you like this kind of content!
The print of the Fearless Macabre reminds me of the Paris catacombs with its stacked skull design. And whilst I am fascinated by the history of the Catacombs I am also completely in awe of it visually.
There's a lot of flexibility to the length of this skirt. It sits on my waist for when I desire that short skirt look yet when worn on the hips, it falls to a perfect medium length. It's made from soft, stretchy material so I adore it for those days I get PCOS bloat but still want to feel comfortable!
Matched with a plain pink cami for a perfectly pastel goth look. I wear plain tops with this skirt simply because I like the focus of the outfit to be on the sweet little skulls!
Nothing says I'm creepy-cute like a skull skirt matched with frilly white socks and shoes with BOWS. Man I love bows, they're so adorable. The pink ribbon laces you see in these shoes were bought separately and added by myself.
I've had this pink rose bracelet for many years now. I love adding that floral pastel contrast to my outfits with it. The cami top offers space to play around with since it isn't high-necked and can easily show off jewellery, so, of course, I add my favourite little alien skull necklace with, that's right, A BOW.
I like fairly big, bold sunglasses. I won't go anywhere without a pair of sunnies or else I risk headaches of doom induced by deathly bright sunlight. My kitty ones here are so versatile that they easily match with any outfit.
Banned make the best bags, let me just throw that out there. A skull hand with a wrist-bow design and delicate lace trim along the seam to wear with a skull print skirt? Yes please, I am ready to exit the oven.
