My make up, I admit, was inspired by the adorable jumper I recently bought at Sainsburys.
A vibrant neon green lid contoured with an iridescent pink on the eyes. A matte complexion combined with a peach-pink tone blush and a hot pink lipstick to finish!
Eye primer is a staple in my make up kit. It extends the wear of your eye make up alongside preventing smudging and creasing. So as always, I began with primer. I blended the Make Up Revoltion primer over my lids.
An adhesive cream base will enhance the vibrancy of your eyeshadow further. I chose my favourite NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk as my go-to cream base!
My lid colour today comes from the Urban Decay Electric Palette. A palette alive with colour. I chose the shade Thrash, a neon green.
To contour my eyes I chose Redemption Is Near from the Make Up Revolution Salvation Dia De Los Muertos Palette. This shade is an iridescent bright pink that perfectly offered definition next to Thrash.
I defined my lower lash line with Essence I ❤ Smokey Eye Pencil and smudged Head Start from the Make Up Revolution Salvation Run Boy Run Palette over the top for a smokey dramatic effect.
I swept Essence I ❤ Extreme Mascara through my lashes, giving them intense volume.
My base make up today was Revlon's Mineral Mousse foundation. I was to be going out in the hot sun so I wanted a matte finish with in-built sun protection. This has a SPF of 20 making it perfect for this purpose. I set with Seventeen's Stay Time Pressed Powder.
Make Up Revolution's Sugar and Spice Ultra Blush and Contour Palette contains an array of gorgeous blushes in multiple shades. Today's contour was this pink-peach hybrid.
To complete the look I added this stunning hot pink Moisturizing Lipstick from ELF.
The completed look!
I put together today's outfit believing that it was a slightly breezy and grey day outside but in true British fashion the weather quickly turned around and became much brighter. Luckily my choice of jumper was quite thin so I didn't overheat. I adore this jumper so much, the colours are bright plus it has stripes combined with a cute kitty face! I layered it with a neon green vest which I love against the hot pink tones in the jumper!
Outfit❤ Jumper: Tu for Sainsburys❤ Neon Green Vest (Underneath): F+F for Tesco❤ Skinny Jeans: H+M❤ Shoes: Vans
❤ Studded white hair bow: New Look
These skinny jeans are SO comfortable. I highly recommend sizing up though because they are an extremely small brand!
To remain comfortable when out running errands I chose my ever wonderful Vans.
I hope you all had a great Monday. Let me know what you did today!
