Review: MAC MatchMaster SPF 15 Foundation

MatchMaster Foundation offers a personalised demi-matte finish combined with SPF 15 protection.

This foundation blends a seamless medium to full coverage finish (works best with clean fingers) and carries a very lightweight feel on the skin.Very ideal for warmer months.

 

My shade is 1.0. I am fair skinned with some warm undertones. My complexion is a blend of dry with minor oiliness. Its buildable coverage ensured my redness was blurred and any shine remained at bay for a significant amount of time. I found 8+ hours passed before I saw any shine peeking through. The wear time is just as reasonable. I noticed my natural redness showing after at least 7 hours wear. It does not cling to dryer areas, nor did it sink into any lines. Happily this did not make me break out. Particularly did not affect my more severe hormonal related breakouts which I was highly pleased with. It covers blemishes fairly well. Additional concealer would be needed for any extra angry-red blemishes.
