Almost as majestic as Taylor Swift herself, whose charm and wit inspired my outfit and make up for today.
A little introduction to the inspiration behind part of this outfit...

I paired this yellow tee, printed with the quirky 'no its becky' (sic) slogan, with grey tights for warmth, a classic pair of black denim shorts and sporty red canvas shoes to tie the look together. This t shirt always makes me smile.
I'm thrilled that Autumn is finally upon us because it means breaking out the Autumnal toned make up. I don't normally choose my make up based on the current season but sometimes it's fun to! Autumnal tones are so beautiful and flattering. I just had to incorporate them into a make up look.
Today's look was created using this beautiful Innocent palette by Freedom Make Up London. I have already reviewed and swatched this palette, so if you'd like a closer look at it, click here.
Eye Primer keeps eye make up smudge and crease free through all seasons. It's a staple in my cosmetic bag. Blend over the lids to lock eye shadow in place.
I chose Naive as my lid shade for its shimmering, lightweight golden tone.
To contour the eyes I began with Make Me. This shadow embraces gently burned copper tones with subtle shimmer.
To give further depth I added Good Will to the outer crease. This shadow carries a deep matte finish with a combination of purple and brown undertones.
Finally I smoked the lower lash line with Cause, a deep matte brown shade with purple undertones for a defined finish.
Liquid eyeliner is fantastic but for a more subtle look that matches well with the Autumnal tones of this look try brown instead of black. I created a thick wing but go with your own preferences on this one! Collection Fast Stroke is my favourite brand of liquid liner ever. This stuff is seriously good and very affordable.
To frame the eyes and make them appear wider, apply a volumising and lengthening mascara over the upper and lower lashes. I used Bourjois Volume 1 Seconde in Black.
An even complexion is a must for me as the weather cools. I love Seventeen's Stay Time Foundation set with the correspondind Stay Time Powder. These products work wonderfully together and the foundation has a fairly high SPF. Don't forget that even in colder weather you still need to protect your skin.
A berry blush is an iconic shade for Autumn so I went with Inglot's Blush in #38. This shade is buildable so you can wear it as light or as heavily as you'd like.
For me, no Autumn Inspired look is complete without a dusky or bold lip. Because this is inspired by Taylor and her signature shade is red, I chose Ruby Woo by MAC. A beautiful ruby matte red with fantastic staying power in all weather conditions.
