French toast. One of my favourite breakfast treats of all time. What better way to start your morning than with this delicious serving of sweet eggy goodness that's half the calories and significantly less cholesterol than the regular version.
10g Follow Your Heart Vegan Egg made up with 115ml of ice cold water (as per instructions on the box)
3 Tablespoons of Unsweetened Hemp Milk
Half Teaspoon Cinnamon and Cane Sugar
Bread of your choice
Syrup and extra cinnamon/sugar for topping
1. Pre heat a frying pan on a medium heat
2. Add the vegan egg mixture to a blender and combine with the unsweetened
hemp milk, sugar and cinnamon. Blend well.
3. Dip the bread into the mixture, covering both sides completely
4. Cook in the pan until both sides are evenly golden brown
5. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar and finish with your choice of syrup
