Recipe: Vegan Chocolate Cupcakes

These cupcakes are SO delicious. With their light and fluffy texture, I promise that even if you're not vegan, you'll have a hard time believing there's no dairy products or eggs in these bad boys. Plus they're very simple to make.



  




I added some vanilla frosting (Betty Crocker's Buttercream Style Vanilla Icing. The ingredients are vegan but there's a 'may contain milk' warning. You can choose to make your own frosting if this bothers you) and sprinkled shaved vegan chocolate (orange and almond flavour) over the top. I also added some pink and purple sugar sprinkles.
