This cake is freaking delicious and I'm not even a huge fan of bananas. Plus it has no unhealthy fats or refined sugar so it's a little better for you too. Yay.

This sounds (and looks) really yummy. I'm always looking for new recipes to try and am pretty cautious about what I make now if I'm wanting to let my little boy try some. What's the flavour like with the bread? Is it mega sweet?

It's mostly the bananas that add the sweetness but you could try using 1/3 cup of brown sugar instead of half if you're worried about it being overly sweet. Flavour is divine!
